Shipping Policy

Each Thwack Sporting Co. alignment stick pair is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to be made, packaged, and shipped.

Shipping time begins after the order has been completed and does not include the production period. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at thwacksportingco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Thwack Sporting Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us at thwacksportingco@gmail.com so we can help investigate the issue.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated production period, we will contact you with the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
