Return and Refund Policy

Because each Thwack Sporting Co. alignment stick pair is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, colorway preferences, or natural variations in the wood or hand wrapping.

Natural differences in hickory grain, color, and minor variations in hand-applied thread wrapping are part of the character of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

We will make things right if your order:

• Arrives damaged

• Contains a manufacturing defect

• Is different from the product or colorway you ordered

Please contact thwacksportingco@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of Thwack Sporting Co. Do not send an item back unless return instructions have been provided.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
